I sketched this in April of 2007, and i rate this as one of my best designs. This outfit i feel represents me in a nut shell! I love vests and to me it's bummy yet girly. It shows off ones figure and lets one explore this figure but in a modest way.
What inspired me to draw this was one, me, because i love wearing vests and thats the style that seems to be coming back. I was also watching a western movie at the time and just fell in love with the idea of vest combination of thicker belt.You know everyone loves to wear jeans, i thought why not bring some jeans into the classy style. Now you have a jeanish style fancy skirt.

I love this design because I love vests. I incorporated a vest in my design as well because I feel like its like the final touch to an outfit.
I like the creativity in this design. The overall image is casual but fun and feminine. I think the vest top compliments the mood set with the denim skirt. I think this design would work well with a variety of colors and would also work throughout various seasons.
I think your design is very creative...I've actually have never considered incorporating a vest into my designs. I've never been a fan of the whole "vest thing", but with your design I see the vest in a different light... and I like it. It's sexy but with a twist of the girl next door...
that is by far one of the most interesting creations i have seen. it has some very different elements and yet it works well.
i think it has the potential to become a really creative piece.
